About us
Teamworx Finland Ltd is a company established in June 2024, specializing in team coaching and training.
Currently, we offer team coaching based on the TRM method (Team Resource Management) and ACO training (Aircraft Coordinator).
Our ACO training is based on the IAMSAR manual and is an effective training package regardless of location. Courses can also be tailored to meet the customer’s wishes.

I have been working as an officer at the Finnish Boarder Guard since 1996.
I started my career at a coast guard station and moved on to work as a second mate on a patrol vessel. Later I transferred to MRCC Turku where during my 16 years I worked as a SMC, a deputy chief and the chief.
Since 2020 I have been working as a senior SAR teacher and been training ACOs, SMCs and OSCs. I also trained ACOs during my years at MRCC Turku. I have profound knowledge and experience of maritime rescue operations.

I have been working as an air traffic controller since 2008.
I have worked at multiple different airports in Finland and at present I work as an area controller (2012) as well as a supervisor (2022) at Helsinki Control. In addition, I am also the training manager of aeronautical SAR in Finland (2015).
I have been training ACOs for the last ten years in Finland. I have vast experience and knowledge on air traffic services and aeronautical SAR services as well as ACO training.
